Jason Egginton
President, Founder
During the daytime, Jason Egginton is a Research Professor in Social Economics at a major teaching hospital. Outside of work, his passion for Magic and giving back to his community led him to founding both Weirdcards Charitable Club and MagiKids.

Natalie Rosin
Administrative Lead
Natalie has a Master’s Degree in Non-Profit Management and has worked in the non-profit sector for over ten years. She joined MagiKids full-time in May of 2025. She has played MTG since 2017, with her favorite formats being limited, commander, and oathbreaker. She even has a miniature Australian Shepherd named Nissa!

Kelly Schrandt
Education Lead
Kelly has a Master’s in Education teaching middle school since 2011 in the field of science, technology, engineering, the arts and mathematics (STEAM). He joined MagiKids in 2019 as a volunteer which led to teaching MTG to learners of all ages starting with his 5th and 3rd grader over a decade ago. Starting in 2021, Kelly created his LLC, Schrand Intellectual Health, to support MagiKids’ charity shop and organize their wonderful volunteers at various conventions throughout the United States. He began playing MTG back in 1995 and his preferred formats are Oathbreaker and Commander.

Matt Decker
Brand Manager, Graphic Designer
Matt Decker is a strategic brand manager by trade, and is an artist and maker of all varieties in his free time (of which there is little). He is an avid fan of the artwork and mythology told throughout Magic: The Gathering.
